We want your ministry to have the best experience possible with our resources. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and that physical media or curriculum kits remain in their original packaging.

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box before shipping to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
