How soon will I receive my digital resources after purchase?
All digital products, including curriculum and graphics, are delivered instantly via email. You will receive a download link on the order confirmation page and a backup link sent to your registered email address.
What is your return policy on physical merchandise?
We accept returns on physical items like apparel and books within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original, unworn condition. Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed.
Do you offer international shipping for physical products?
Yes, we ship our physical ministry tools worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs fees.
Can I share digital curriculum with other churches in my network?
Each digital license is intended for use by a single organization or campus. If you are part of a multi-site church or a network, please contact our support team for specialized multi-site licensing options.

How can I track my physical order?
